We believe great people know great people. Our Agent Referral Rewards Program offers you the opportunity to earn a passive income stream by referring productive agents to join the Seven Gables family.

Commission Rewards

When your referred agent affiliates with us, you'll receive:

2% of their AGCI* on closed transactions during their first 12 months
1% of their AGCI on closed transactions during months 13-24

*AGCI (Adjusted Gross Commission Income) is defined as income less any credits given.

Program Details

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the Referral Rewards Program, the referred agent must:

Not have been affiliated with Seven Gables Real Estate or any of our affiliated companies within the past six months
Not qualify for any other recruitment incentive programs currently offered by Seven Gables

Who Can Participate?

This program is open to all Seven Gables family members, including:

Real Estate Agents
Escrow Employees
Loan Officers
Marketing Team
Accounting Department
Property Management
Insurance Department

Referral Process

As the referring agent, you'll need to:

Make the introductory call or group text with the manager
Follow up with the recruit via call, text, or email to ask how it went and make yourself available for questions
